We ask that you arrive promptly at your chosen reservation time to ensure that you have enough time to enjoy the event. Upon your arrival, please check in at the host station using the name of the ticket holder before being shown to your table. Parties have a 1 Hour and 45 minute time limit at their tables. You are welcome to mix and mingle around the venue after your reservation, however, we kindly ask that you do not exceed your allotted time at your table in order for us to be able to accommodate all of our guests.
Tickets are non-refundable within 72 business hours of the event.

There will be free on-site parking.

You will check in at the host station using the name of the ticket holder upon arrival.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
If you did not provide food allergies upon check out, you can add them a minimum of 72 hour prior to the event. We cannot guarantee any special food allergy accommodations can be made if we are not made aware in advance. Please email events@ashcombemansion.com to make adjustments to your reservation's dietary restrictions.
GRATUITIES
While gratuities are not required, guests should feel free to tip their service staff should they feel so inclined. If you plan to order drinks from the Willow Bar, tips can be left on your credit card. If not, cash would be preferred as no other payment will be required during the event.
PARTICIPATION
Suggested age for this event is 4 and up. High chairs are available upon request, and are first come first serve. Please email us at events@ashcombemansion.com if you need to reserve high chair seating.
SUGGESTED ATTIRE
Dressing up in elegant outfits is much of the fun of afternoon tea. It’s the perfect excuse to wear hats, fascinators, and classic jewelry. But dressing to the nines is not required. The suggested attire is Smart Casual.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Please do not bring alcohol, weapons, or animals (excluding licensed service animals).
LOST AND FOUND
The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion and/or its representatives are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. You may check our lost & found. Venue is open by appointment only.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
Feel free to take your own photos & videos throughout the mansion. Make sure to tag us on Facebook or Instagram! The Willows often also has a photographer on site during events. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion and/or its representatives to use any photos taken for promotional or advertising purposes.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
No ATM on Site. Cards Cards may be used at the Bar but please plan to bring cash if that is your preferred method of payment.
